At CNC ROUTER SERVICES LTD, all of our products are made to order. We do not hold inventory, and each item is custom-produced specifically for the customer once an order is placed.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

Please carefully review the following before placing your order:

• Double-check all product selections, sizes, colors, quantities.
• Ensure that all personalization details (if applicable) are correct.
• Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, production begins and the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of pick up with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
